I've spent my career trying to understand what makes people move.

Sometimes that meant an audience.
Sometimes it was a client I was trying to win.
Sometimes it was an entire marketplace changing before anyone knew what to call it.
My career has moved through television, digital media, music, technology, advertising, and the places where those worlds collide.
At Hulu, my television background helped bridge the emerging world of streaming with a video marketplace being rewritten in real time.
Vevo brought another convergence: digital commercial opportunity, connected television, and the enduring cultural power of music video returning to the living room.
Along the way, I proved something to myself: I naturally see patterns beyond what I’m supposed to be focused on.
AI expanded those horizons.
It gave me a way to do more with my ideas, instincts, and perspective.
Let's be real. Companies operate in departments and silos. People have jobs to do, along with politics and fiefdoms to navigate.
This technology allowed me to move across disciplines, open up my thinking, and acquire new skills at a speed I could never have imagined.
Real Juice Media and MIRA grew from that experience.
Not because machines should replace human judgment.
Because human judgment can now go further.
